Creators check these things before they say yes, so we need them before we list.

What a listing needs.
This is what keeps the board worth trusting. A deal that misses these will not be listed as submitted.
Real, stated pay
- An amount or a range, and the pay type.
- "Competitive," "exposure" or "to be discussed" is not an amount.
Clear usage rights
- Where the content runs and for how long.
- Paid ads, whitelisting and exclusivity named.
A payment date
- How creators are paid and when.
- Net terms stated up front.
No cost to creators
- No fees to apply or to get access.
- No spec work without stated pay.
A reachable person
- A name and a work email on the company's domain.
An open, real offer
- You are authorized to share it and it is still open.
- A deadline, or a note that there is none.

Does it cost anything?
Not right now. Listing a deal is free.
Do I have to want Black creators specifically?
No. Open calls are welcome. A listing gets the BlackUGC tag only when its own eligibility or mission names Black or brown creators.
I'm a creator and a brand emailed me an offer. Can I send it?
Yes, if the brand is fine with it being shared. Ask first, then forward the terms. We will contact the brand before anything goes live.
Is a listing a guarantee of work?
No. A listing is an application route, not a selection. We show the advertised pay and tell creators to confirm the details with you before they accept.
Can you edit my listing?
We may shorten it for clarity and flag anything unclear or missing. We will not change the terms.

The BlackUGC team. Every submission is reviewed by hand.
